We strive to source materials locally, but are not afraid to source materials from outside the Bay Area when they come to our attention. Our cooking style is modern and does not fall within any particular culinary category.
We also take a similar approach to cocktails, focusing on natural flavors rather than well-known brands. Our wine selection is time- and place-specific to reflect the unique characteristics of the grape variety, soil, climate and producer.
All of our dishes are designed to be shared and bring to the senses the lightest to the fullest, with no difference between starter and main course.
